is it better to focus on one area of your body doing different exercises (for example three different arm exercises then move on to abb exercises and then leg exercises) or should i do an arm exercise and then an abb exercise and then legs and then go threw and do arms abbs and legs over again?

One day for each major muscle group. Arms, core, and legs. Alternate with cardio in between to give your muscles time to heal.

www.bodybuilding.com = best website ever with amazing advice - ask your question on the forums there for a more in-depth answer.

By the way, it is better to focus on one body part each day.

For example:

Sunday - off

Monday - Biceps/Triceps

Tuesday - Back/legs

Wednesday- off

Thursday - Chest

friday - Abs/shoulders/traps

saturday - off

You should only work out each body part once a week. They need time to recover/grow. (meaning you need adequate rest/a nutritious diet.

girl you need to write down a routine, so in 1 weeks workout, you have worked out all the muscles you plan on working out. Make a plan

Depends what you want to do with yourself.

If you're losing weight then I sugges more cardio based activities. If you're trying to tone/build muscles I think your current plan will work.
