I kinda have saggy buttocks. Ok I have saggy butt dont judge "no ones perfect" I'm 15 now 160lbs 5'11
I want muscles in my butt. Will I be sore if I do squats every day?

It won't help you to work any muscle group every single day. That's a common newbie misconception. They figure if working out a muscle group sometimes is helpful, then more must be better right? Wrong. Muscles grow when resting AFTER a workout, not during the workout. If you work the same muscle group every day, then your muscles never have a chance to rest, recuperate and rebuild. You should work each muscle group 2 times per week - that's it. Any more than that you are risking overtraining of that muscle group. Part of having a "saggy" anything is too much bodyfat. On the other days, maybe look into more cardio to shed the fat.

ofc, you can do those useless bodyweight squats allday everyday and never get good results
