Diet and exercise, easy as that.
Diet-follow the food pyramid. Lots of fruits/veggies, whole grains, lean protein, lowfat calcium, and lots of water.
Exercise-cardio about 45 minutes daily (with one day off a week). Take up running, especially up hills and such is great for you! Check out shape.com under their 10 pound meltdown-it really melts those pounds off!
Stregnth training 2-3 times a week, shape.com also has under their bikini countdown, some exercise videos that are great. You may have to buy a couple things like exercise ball and dumbbells-but those are pretty inexpensive and are definately worth it!

Hi,
I have lost almost 100 lbs. myself and I usually say no to these so called fad diets. Claiming to lose 15 lbs. a week is just down right ridiculous. The best way to lose weight is to cut calories responsibly without starving yourself. Mega-fat-loss.com has great information on how to do this and it also mention why fad diets are a dead end. Hope this helps

There is a free online "diet" site called www.sparkpeople.com that I love. My recommendation with this site is that you make sure to track what you ate throughout the day. Once you enter in your current weight and goals, it tells you your calorie range. Mine is 1200 to 1500 and I think that is what must of us sparkers range is. There are online workouts by Coach Nicole that I found helpful. Slow and steady is how I am doing it but many have lost hundreds. Hope that helps!

First of all, stay away from bread unless it's whole grain.
Also don't eat too much sugar cause if you don't burn it off it'll turn into fat.
Running helps a lot. Just work out as much as you feel is necessary.
Don't starve yourself.

Start playing World of Warcraft, hit level 80 and start raiding, you will be so stuck in the raid, you will forget about eating. Lol.
