How to lose inner thigh fat
(Tuesday) Day 1 of your Inner Thigh Workout
1. Do a Tae-Bo workout (watch a Tae-bo video) and only do the first 20-40 minute part of the video where there's lots of kicking and punching and don't do the last part of the Tae-bo video where you do the muscle toning.
2. After you finish doing the Tae-bo video... Do the "Home inner thigh workout to get thinner thighs" videos and depending on how long your Tae-bo video was... Your first inner thigh workout should last only 25-45 minutes.
(Friday) Day 2 of your Inner Thigh Workout
1. Do a 15-20 minute hill sprint, jog/run, or power walk workout
- Make sure the hill is at least 50 yards and the steeper the hill is... the better your overall leg toning results will be.
Beginner: Power walk up a hill & walk down a hill for 20 minutes. Power walking is when you walk as fast as you can without running
Intermediate: Jog/run up a hill & walk down a hill for 15-20 minutes or... Run up a hill and jog down for 15-20 minutes
Advanced: Sprint up a hill & then walk back down, rest for 90 seconds and repeat this for 15-20 minutes.
2. Watch the "The best inner thigh exercise for slimmer thighs" video.
If you do this inner exercise standing up... Kick a box for 25-40 yards with each leg 2-3 times and if you do this exercise sitting down...
Kick a box from side-to-side for 90 seconds with each leg 2-3 times and if you rather workout in a gym watch the "How to tone up your inner thighs using a cable" video instead.
Repeat this inner thigh workout for 1-2 more weeks and after the 3rd week take 1 week off to rest but after 2 weeks...
