Exercise plan; Please help?

Hi, my name is Lauren, and I've decided to do a daily workout routine to tone up my body for my summer vacation goal, to make me happier (exercising releases stress), and to make me feel full of confidence... I am looking to:

**-- Shape up my butt/thighs/hips
- Slim my abs/tummy
- Break a major sweat of satisfactory!

Can you help me with my workout routine? I mainly wanna know what'll work best for my butt/thighs/& hips..lol

btw, my body description is 5'7" 114 lbs. Bust size 34 C and I dont know the rest, lol....thanks for all your help! =]

btw, my diet mainly consists with healthy foods, such as fruit after every meal, and i eat junk food only in moderation...I'm trying to keep my body healthy and shapely for as long as I can, so I dont have to worry as much when I'm older about things (I'm only 13 yrs old)

swimming is a good way to tone all your body at the same time, cycling is good for the bottom and thighs or some simple toning exercises on the floor such as stomach crunches and press ups. You sound pretty slim and in shape anyway, your weight is a little under for your height so dont be over doing it and getting scarily thin, good luck x

Butt - Squats are really good, and so are lunges. (Check this site for more?? : http://exercise.about.com/od/butthipsthighs/tp/butt.htm).

Thighs - Lunges and leg lifting workouts help a lot



Abs - Crunches, sit-ups, push-ups. If you have a large trampoline, most workouts on their help your abs - even jumping! Swimming will help a lot too.
