Question:
Are there any fitness websites that have pre-made workout regimes?

I haven't a clue about 'working out' and i'm terrible about organizing my time and knowing when or how to work out. Does anyone know of any websites that help you or tell you what to do each day of the week? E.G. Day 1: 10 minutes of running with etc...

Yes!!

I had the same issue, and I found that the Royal Navy have a fitness regime on their website!

Go on the website and look in downloads for a brochure on fitness.

Try it!

You should just make your own. It's easy. Find a sport which you enjoy cycling, swimming, dance etc and just do 3 half an hour sessions a week. Also eat healthily ( Three main meals a day with a few snacks if you need them such as fruit and cereal bars) and drink lots of water (8 glasses per day) you should notice an improvement in your fitness. The sites aren't good because if you don't do it you might become obsessive with it. This way you don't have to worry when and where you do workout. hope this helps:)

If you contact www.trec-nutrition.co.uk they will give you a regime. You just need to tell them your sports interests and what time your available to exercise. They'll even tell you what to eat and when to eat it.

Good luck!
