okay so i decided to start a little 'get stronger' project, since i am quite weak. and what i actually wanted was to become more stronger in the arms, legs and just general strength. i dont have any weights at home and i don't go gym to use some, so can anyone please help me become stronger without weights.
and i have another question which is, if your going to say stuff like push ups, i have never ever in my life done push ups so when i try and do them now, i just fall apart, do u think if i do it on a daily basis i will be able to do them better or not?
thnks

try doing some push-ups and sit-ups it increase in strength and get a better body and lift somthing a little heavy like a 5 pound bag or something. just work your way up and get a little hard if you want to be stronger. go for a run for a fact just to boost speed and leg strength. doing push ups is a little hard for some girls but do girl push-ups and if you think you can do a real one then do at least one because your arms cant take enough of the weight. just keep going like this then you are the strongest girl. good luck. and oh eat some protein for some addtional strength.

Of course. The key to getting stronger or getting in shape is ROUTINE! Make a routine, perhaps for 1 hour say three days a week, and do your routine then. It is not good to do it everyday because your muscles need to rest. Check out the links

So, try to make a well rounded routine. Do push ups for your arms/chest/back:

Check out this for your legs. It is pretty much the ultimate workout. You probably won't need weights right away, but if you want to, almost any household object would do:

Like I said, the key is to STICK WITH IT!!!! Get into a groove that you can keep consistent. Don't over work yourself, but don't under do it either.

Good Luck!

I forgot to add, make sure you STRECTH! Not only will it prevent injury, but it also builds strength.

The only real way to build muscle mass is to shock your muscles into making themselves stronger, as the muscles eventually build what is called muscle memory from the repetition of daily tasks (this is most prominent in the arms). This includes making sure you are eating a high protein diet (i prefer fish...delicious and nutritious) and, to start with, exercising at least 4 times a week. Try to do sit-ups and push-ups in the beginning and make sure you drink lots of water and stretch, your goal is to try and get as much oxygen to your muscles as possible during and after exercise. I would also advise going down to your local sporting goods store and buying a pull-up bar, they are cheap and can be installed into any doorway in your house.

This should start you on a good path to becoming stronger, but remember it takes a lot of dedication to build strength and mass...Dont give up! (its worth it!)

You can do easy exercise to begin, then build up on that.

You can lift any item as weights, like a gallon of water, or less to start.

You can do push up with you knees on the ground, as your amrs get stronger, then move up to the regular push up, then the harder push up with the leg raised.

You can run, or jog will strengthen you legs, improve stamina and endurance.

Daily basis might be too much to start, take it easy at first, muscles build when they are at rest.

Well your going to have to do some push ups, pulls ups, sit ups etc. I does not matter how many just do them for 30mins 3 days out of the week. If you can buy some weights do so or use objects in your home ie full milk gallons, big bags of dog food etc. You should be buff in 1 to 2 months. Take it slows don't hurt yourself. :)

Your body is heavy enough you don't need weights . If you can't do a push up then lean against a wall at and angle you are comfortable with and push yourself off it . Set yourself 20 a day until you can do it with your hands on a bed and your feet on the floor , 20 a day again until you are ready to do it on the floor .

I am really weak too. Every once in a while when I am watching TV or something, I just hold my arms out. It looks kind of funny but I just keep them there as long as I can take it before falling down. I don't know, but I bet if you did that it might help. Dunno, but...I hope I helped.

Good luck :)

Get a stretch or resistance band, hook it above one of your doors. Then pull it repeatedly. Simple.. and no weights involved.
