Hi. I'm 15. I believe I have developed lactose intolerance recently, as I have all the symptoms of it: gas, diarrhea, bloating, and stomach cramps. This is only after I eat dairy. I don't eat meat, and I haven't for about 1.5 months. I don't eat any vegetables, the only fruit I eat is strawberries, I don't eat junk, I don't have sugary snacks, I don't ever have desert (i.e. cakes, cupcakes, etc.), and most importantly I don't eat any vegetarian foods (i.e. soy, beans, eggs). Mainly I eat bread. I usually eat 1/2 a plain bagel with nothing on it and 1/2 cup of strawberries drizzled in 1 severing of sugar daily. It's a hard transition for me, as before I discovered this lactose intolerance (about 2 weeks ago, just stopped eating all dairy 2 days ago), I lived on wawa bagels with cream cheese and cheese quesadillas with sour cream, along with the strawberries. There are multiple reasons I don't eat meat. One, it makes me kind of nauseous (not due to my acid reflux). Two, it is really high in calories. Three, I enjoy not eating meat, as I am not getting sick anymore like I was before when I was eating meat and dairy. This meat allergy (which I assume I have) is also new. I have never liked beans since I hit puberty and my taste buds changed completely. I don't eat pasta, as I haven't since 6th grade, when I came down with a stomach virus and puked up pasta, then puked 11 more times the next day (it was quite bad, and it was over Christmas break), so that was a turn off for me. I bike for 30 minutes daily and walk at a pace of 2.5 miles per hour for at least an hour daily, so I am rather active. On days when it is too hot to bike,I swim for 30-45 minutes instead. Come July 17th (when I will be able to run again), I will probably run 2 miles daily in the morning (I'll be on vacation that week, so I'll be running on the beach). I can't run now because of a stress fracture. I get the boot of in 6 days, and the doctor said he would like to give it a month before I go back to running. So, I am a fairly active person. I consume anywhere from 300-800 calories daily, except on days when I binge and go up to 1700-1800. I do have an eating disorder, and am just using reflux as an excuse to not eat much. My mom has not caught on yet. I was wondering, are there any low-calorie foods that I could eat other than bread? I don't like chocolate either. Thanks.

I agree with sheloves_dablues. You're suffering from malnutrition. And she's right, BREAD is high in calories, not meat. You can't live off bread and strawberries! you're killing yourself! That's why you're sick!

You should tell your mum about your eating disorder and grow up and start taking a bit of responsibility instead of letting your fears get the better of you. Eat like a normal person and you'll feel better in no time. You probably aren't getting enough protein from your diet, start eating meat again. Meat is very important and, seeing as you don't eat dairy or vegeterian food, you're not getting any protein at all I imagine. And meat doesn't make you fat, it's just protein. Carbohydrate makes you fat, which is bread, pasta, potatoes and rice.

I've attempted many diets and could not make whatever paintings. Since having my first little one, I've been wearing round an additional 30 kilos. This nutrition simply made experience and confirmed me that the whole lot I used to be doing earlier than used to be unsuitable and a waste of my time. The plan used to be so fresh and so useful to comply with. I did the whole lot plan stated and misplaced 23 kilos within the first 3 weeks. I'm now establishing the nutrition once more to lose 7 extra kilos. This plan has modified my lifestyles. Get began at present!

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy and can be found at your local oriental/asian market or some super markets), & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer and a rice cooker ((Both Very cheap)) .which, used together make it very easy to prepare very nutritional, healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil , diced garlic, pepper, sliced lemon and spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

This sounds exactly like an eating disorder. I am no doctor, but I encourage you to get help before you get into irreversible habits or do serious damage. Eating disorders are nothing to mess around with. 300-800 calories is not a safe amount to be eating, get help please.
