Any exercises that work your core muscles promote better posture. I would suggest yoga or pilates to start. I personally like the "Total Yoga-The Flow Series Water" DVD featuring Tracey Rich & Ganga White.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

there are numerous workouts you're able to do, yet you would be wanting better than in simple terms workouts. posture is a habit. i myself won't be in a position to think of of any workouts that isn't help with posture. decrease back, abs, obliques, glutes, chest, shoulders, quads and hamstrings are all significant in posture. i think of what might artwork precise for you is a greater significant habitual like yoga or pilates or maybe actual scientific care the place a professional could provide you particular workouts and confirm you're doing them wisely. i ought to offer you a catalogue of workouts to do, yet once you're no longer protecting ideal variety it won't do you any stable. undesirable posture is the quantity one reason for carple tunnle syndrome, continual discomfort, foot issues, digestive issues, decrease back discomfort, issues, weight issues, and much greater.

All I can say is find a good yoga class. Any good yoga class would be a start, but you can't beat Iyengar for alignment & posture, so that's the one I'd recommend for you.
Hope you enjoy it & be careful, its addictive!
