Hydroxy has more of the active ingredient, but after having used them, saw no difference even though I was doing the whole diet and excercise thing. Save your money.

Neither one is good, if you look at the small text on all that crap you see on tv they all say the same thing. " ONLY WORKS WITH PROPER DIET AND EXERCISE" you can loose weight with just the proper diet and exercise so why the hell pay all that money for pills that need you to do that anyway..

Save your money. Eat fewer calories than you burn. Get some exercise. SOunds boring, but it's the only way. Good luck!
