You can't get rid of skin without surgery. Once it's stretched out, it only pulls back to a certain extent. Skin tightening treatments help only minimally.

tone up. do some strength exercises and lift some weights so you can replace the space that was once filled with fat with muscles!!!

Lotions help, exercise helps. However, generally you will need surgery.
