any1 who can help me lose weight please i hate it when i look in the mirror i need lots of answers?

I just can not lose weight i have done every diet goin and no diet suits my body. I also have irreable bowel syndrom so i either have the runs or can not go at all. I need someone who can give me full guidelines that i can do and stick to, i try and never get what i want, im trying to lose 2 stone for holiday i still have my baby bluge from having my son 2 years ago, the only problem is im fussy with what i eat and if i dont have someone to do me an eating meal plan then i wont stick to it beacuse i get stuck and confused with what to eat or have for breakfast dinner and tea i have joined a gym and i need to lose this weight to make myself feel good, i cry when i look in the mirror, my weakness is giving in to sweets and chocolate so please someone out there trained can you please help and set me out an eating diet plan as much help as possible because like i say iv never stuck to any beacuse no one has every set me a set meal plan so i just dont stick to it, i dont like eggs or fish except tinned tuna, dont like alot of thing but please help if possible, iv even bin to the doctors who wont sent me to see i dietitan they say i can do it on my own but i phycialy cannot

You have heard this before but ill say it anyway, *eat healthy foods* Beans is one of the best fat burning foods out there. Now you need cardio. Cardio would be running, biking, hiking, anything that involves your heart rate to get very high and to stay high for a long period of time. Now i have done some workouts that have done wonders to my body, they would be P90X which has a little bit of cardio in it but is mostly muscle building based. "Insanity" this workout program is pure cardio and if you do this i am 100% sure you will see results. I workout 5 days a week and that has kept my fat level down. Now don't think of workout a horrible thing to do every freaken day, think of it as "one day closer to my goal!" You dont have to do the workouts by yourself, get your son involved, keep him in shape too. I hope this helps and i hope you will see results soon.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
