What are some easy ways for teens to lose weight?

I'm going to start running soon every chance I can get.

Volleyball has also started, and we do quite a lot of sit ups, push ups, conditioning, and we run about a half mile every day 5 days. Cheerleading has also started and we do alot of stretching and thing.

I've been eating healthier, too. I've had salad for dinner for the past five days.

What else can I do to help lose weight fast?

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

The biggest thing is what you eat so figure out a good meal plan first then find a way to exercise which is the fun part because sports, bowling, rollerskating, ice skating, swimming, or just walking around a mall all day will help you lose weight just as long as you not taking in more calories than your burning off.

You seem to be doing just fine with what you're already doing.

Everyone needs protein in their diet, so instead of going every night eating just a salad, think about eating a piece of lean chicken as well

And don't starve yourself- malnutrition is never good and you can become seriously ill if you don't eat plenty of healthy foods and water every day.

Good luckk!

girls tend to lose weight easily but gain it back even faster.

eat less meat. don't go vegan but don't eat so much meat, especially red meats.

salads are great but eat a variety of foods in them, and don't eat fat free dressing or put to much on, eat just under the serving size.

Exercise a ton; building muscle tones and sheds pounds too.

only eat one snack a day and eat a balanced breakfast.

i have been following these rules and have lost 10 lbs in 2 & a half weeks

You're doing great already =] I would reccomend taking a daily vitamin as well as biotin. Biotin can be used as a diet supplement and also enhances the quality of your skin, hair, and nails. Of course, don't forget the basics: full 8 hours of sleep, minimal junk food intake and exercise. Please be patient, things such as weight loss take time. Good luck! :D
