Right im a 16 year old girl size 12 wanting to get down to a spot on size 10, in the past ive lost weight quick but gained it just as quick
its my cousins getting married in September so really want to lose my weight for that but I am aiming for March because i want to feel good for my 17th!
Im focusing on my exercise and my diet, and suggestions/help/tips?
or is their anything i could buy(not too expensive)?
I just really want to lose it ASAP,
Bare in mind im at college full time and have an exam in January, no pressure right!! :/

Hey! I'm a 16 year old girl- I used to weigh about 125 pounds, and got down to 96 but am currently 103 and trying to get up to 110..

I did it by having a breakfast of vegetable and chicken soup for breakfast( very good start to the day! )

and then snacking on grapes and strawberries as they were sweet enough to help menot crave sweets and chocolates and the likes!

and then for lunch 2 pieces of wholemeal bread with ham and tomatoes and cucumber and sweetcorn, mmm!

and finally for tea meat and vegetables (including potatoes) or scrambled egg with mushrooms. or scrambled egg with low fat feta and tomatoes, if you need any other menu ideas, just say , happy to help!

Also I would snack on apples or bananas, or even a yoghurt (the munch bunch kids ones, to make sure I got some calcium and they also satisfied my sweet tooth!

you dont want to lose it fast cause you will out it back on just as fast try gradully cutting put suger and fizzy juice and lower food portions but excersice more
