Here's a tip.

Learn how to speak proper ENGLISH. Everyone's genetics are different. Some people cant hold weight while with others its harder to lose it. Your 25yrs old and still young. I'd give you a few years plus a few kids and see how easy it is for you to lose the weight or maintain 115 lbs. I'm 5'7 and have always been around 112 lbs. I'm now 30yrs old and have 2 beautiful children. I have to run my butt off a hour a day 5-6 days a week to stay this small now.

follow the same general path as an athlete looking to gain muscle. Eat more, especially more protein. lift weights with few reps but lots of weight. It will take you a long time to get to a point were your creepy-buff so don't worry about that. After a few months (3-6) evaluate how you body has changed and adjust your plan as needed. You can get protein powered to make protein shakes.

America is pretty obese, that's why most diets are geared towards weight lose.

Well, the reason why everything you see and hear is about weight loss is because a majority of our country is overweight. Yes, there are underweight people, but not as many as overweight.

To gain weight and be healthy you need to consume more calories every day from healthy foods and choose the right types of exercise.

I have included a few helpful links for you. They have tips for how to gain weight in a healthy way. Hope this helps :)

uncover calorie/health calculator on the internet, input your whole stats and it's going to inform you what number of energy you want an afternoon to hold, take off three hundred-400cal off that quantity and thats how so much you must lose. dont attempt to lose greater than one million-2lbs per week - its now not healthful to lose extra. consume five-6 small foods an afternoon (consume each and every two-three hours) five-eight servings of fruit and greens an afternoon eight glasses of water have difficult carbs for breakfast - they provide you vigor have lean meat (protein) for dinner - maintenance muscle aerobic pastime four-6 occasions per week for 30-50min, mild weight coaching dont eat meals which can be product of white flour (white bread, muffins, beyond and so on.), sugar loaded meals (cookies, icecream, sweet and so on) and not anything fried - no junk meals.

You can try taking whey protein. They sell it powder and you drink it in shakes and stuff. My brother is really skinny and is trying to gain weight and drinks that stuff.

The media and everybody doesnt talk about gaining weight because America has more overweight people than underweight.

I guess all I can offer is my sympathy. My son is very very thin and I try to feed him healthy foods that might help him put on weight but nothing seems to "stick to his bones". People don't understand how difficult it is to put on weight and I agree there's a ton of dieting information out there but not much of anything for the "underweight". My advise to you is seek the assistance of a dietitian. Perhaps they may have some tips for you, or you could ask your Dr. I would fall back on my favorite weight gain product...Dairy Queen chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards! LOL Good luck!

Eat avocados. I was underweight as a child and to get normal I had to eat avocados. I don't know if it will help, but hopefully!

I think that the best way is to go to a nutritionists and plan what you should eat and you should gain weight. Or just up your food intake.
