Question:
should I be concerned about the way I think about my weight?

I know this may be a common thing but since moving to uni, I've been extra careful about what I eat , when, and how I consume it. Obviously money is tight at uni and I think I eat quite healthily and I will give examples soon but should I be concerned about the way I think, do things and my strict way of when food touches my mouth??

For example, it was my birthday the weekend just gone so my boyfriend came to see me and spent 5 days with me. We ate out every night/takeaway
1. Takeaway pizza
2. Ate out at harvester pub (chicken wrap)
3. Went to Nandos (chicken in pitta bread)
4. Ate out at wetherspoons (cheese burger and chips)

This was a major eatin binge and we ate some snacks too like Doritos and chocolate etc

However, when he left, I ate a few digestive biscuits and that was it all day.

I do this quite regular because no one can control or notice what I do and do not eat... Except me!

After my binge weekend I immediately noticed I was allowin my stomach to 'get used' to bein full I suppose so I could manage eatin very little until the next weekend as I wasn't in uni that much durin that week...so I suppose I was 'starving myself but I would call it monitored eatin...

I've noticed that since I've moved here, I'm not on my feet as much as I was back home because I had a job there and had no choice but to eat on the go, therefore burnin calories all the time.. I've become very concious that whenever I eat when I'm 'hungry' I'm always thinkin how to burn it off later and is it necessary to eat if I'm not doin any exercise after?...

Like today for instance! I've not really moved from my room, only to make myself a drink so I didn't see the point in putting food inside me if I wasn't goin to burn calories or use much energy. However, I exercise just by workin the body parts I would like to lose weight/tone up on so I'm not exactly running around places which I would class as REAL exercise, I just focus on the main areas I'm not happy with

My boyfriend has a go at me because he found out I do this and tries to say if I lose any more weight,I'll be anorexic (cuz I'm already a size 6 from top to bottom) but Ian still unhappy cuz I find fat bits I want to get rid of all the time

FOR EXAMPLE! When I eat food properly, we all get a 'food baby' but to me, I see it as my belly bein too big and I try lo lose the weight ASAP!

BUT I DO EAT HEALTHILY - I have early mornings Monday and Tuesday so I cook myself 3 chicken goujons, a hand full of rice, sweetcorn, green beans, a tiny bit of carot and parsnip and top it off with grated cheese..I do this both days and cool it over night so its cold for the mornin, HEALTHY RIGHT? But this will be all I eat all day (except for the slice of toast I'll make to start the day right) I'll draw the line with the food in take after eatin the packed lunch because I know I'll not need energy later at night when I get home ...

I occasionally indulge in a subway or KFC if I'm with friends and fancy a walk into town to the food court but I pre-plan a work out for when I'm alone so that the food hasn't affected me that much

These thoughts go on for ages and it only occurred to me today that I might not be normal, can someone give me advice? Or reassure me that it's normal and I'm fine? :-)

Just for stats, I'm 20, female, study theatre, 5ft 2 and approx 7 and a half to 8 stone? (I darent weigh myself) size 6 in tops and trousers
