Question:
Raw food diet - do you have to be fully committed?

Sometimes when I learn about something that I see as a way of 'escaping' or something that will make me feel the best I can, I try to learn more on it and try it out.

I'm looking into the raw food diet at the moment.
How much fruit and vegetables and nuts and seeds do they eat a day?

Can you ever be 'demi-raw' or something, or will the 5 bananas for breakfast give you the runs, combined with the 5 avocados cosumed throughout the day?

I know there's such thing as 'healthy eating' but I want to 'find something' -

I've explored god, exercise, OSHO and meditation in the past few months - here's something else for me to try

Bananas and other fruits contains a lot of sugar and avocados contains a lot of fat. You should not ate them too much. All tho from other hand when vegetables and fruits are your only source of calories I guess you won't really become fat from them lol.

People are inventing all kinds of ridiculous diets. Not enough that they are vegans... they have to be a raw vegans. LOL!

Well do as you wish, it's basically the same as being a vegan (unless you ate raw meat... disgusting). Raw food can't really make you any harm. So if you want to try it then go for it! ^^

I believer you can be half following it. I try and eat vegan two meals of the day, breakfast and lynch but not dinner. This is because usually im having dinner with someone and its to difficult to make everyone to have vegan with me. Plus it makes it easier to stick to it and not binge later since i'm still eating the stuff that would be hard for me to give up like cheese, but i'm eating it on a much smaller scale.

Maybe you could do this as well but raw instead of vegan?? Raw make sure you eat lots of different colors of fruits and veggies to get your nutrients.
