I'm 18 years old, am 5 foot 7, and weigh 120 pounds, which makes me rather skinny. I have a promise to myself to add 20 pounds by the end of january of just any weight i can add, because even some fat would help be balance out to a normal body, but am wondering what I can do to add muscle mass. I know im not genetically programmed to have huge bulging muscles, but a bit would be nice. I've tried working out for months at a time, tried protein, creatine, a lot of different things but to no avail. I'm really looking for workouts I can do in the privacy of my room because im not comfortable nor can I afford to go to the gym. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
