Targetted weight reduction is quite tough, many would declare impossible, but the only method that really worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off twenty five pounds, it really does produce results!

you need lots of cardio to slim ur belly down. running walking any cardo u like. alot of it plus tons of water. you should try to eat 6 times a day and combine complex carbs such as baked potato or sweet potato, oatmeal, grits and lean meat like chick breast turkey breast turkey bacon. fresh fruits low in sugar like pears and berries. ur 3 main meals should have a protein and complex carb mix and also add a veggie. fresh is better but if canned get low sodium. and ur last meal should be 2 hrs b4 bed and its needs to be all protein. just email me if u want more help. try it and i wish u well with a new body!!!!!! you will look amazing!!!!

well lets put it this way walking for an hour burns no more than 220 calories, where as a kilogram of fat has over 7000 calories. So even if you were to walk for an hour a day it will take you almost 3 months just too loose 1 kg of fat. Also you can not take of fat from a certain body part by working out that part particularly. I am telling you all this from my own personal experience i was a little over 100 kgs , and trust me at that time in desperation i have bought anything and every thing that claims to make you loose weight. Non of them really did what they promised. I then learn t from my own research that then only way to loose fat quickly and permanently is by working out and eat healthy, that when i came across the X - MELT program from X attack its a in home based training program , with tons of fun workouts to do at home itself with out any equipment and also custom made nutrition plans by some hot shot nutritionist. Its highly effective healthy weight loss program. I came down to 78 kgs in 3 months of this program. The best thing i liked about this program is the amount of knowledge their staff has to offer, also how they weren't just interested in having to loose weight but also give my body a great shape for the first time in my life. I as a happy client of theirs will totally recommend this program to anyone looking forward to loosing weight. Here is their URL if you want to have a look at their website for more info. These guys even offer free fitness consultation to everyone, so if you want you can give them a call.

OMG, I feel your pain!

I'm barely 5 feet, but with my large frame, my ribs/hips stick out at 130! (Um, I'm sorry, American here, I don't know the metric system)

Your chest probably isn't disproportionate; with a wide frame, you're less likely to have cleavage. I buy push-in bras (they're different from pushup bras) that push-my chest in, and create the effect of cleavage. (I'm a C, but with my frame, I might as well be an A)

The stomach is also my main problem. (*hides Spanx*) Even at my ideal weight, one bite of Chinese food and it looks like I'm hiding a pregnancy!

Just cutting your salt, caffeine, and sugar intake (not even by half) can help reduce tummy-related bloat. Also, don't be fooled into thinking spot reduction (100 crunches or sit-ups) will help tummy flab. Any form of cardio can help! I walk on my treadmill for about 20 minutes each day, despite being a pretty tame workout, I've noticed a major improvement.

Anyway, please don't hate your body! I moped and dieted since I was 14 (I'm 18 now), that is, until I realized guys LOVE wide frames!

I have, like, the exact same body as Hayden Panettiere (she has a massive male fanbase) - http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&client=firefox-a&channel=s&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=agK&ei=Ya2hSbbaCZ6Dtwfmhcn6DA&resnum=1&q=hayden%20panettiere&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi

My best friend is about the same height as me, but weighs 95 pounds, with a really waif frame. She always gets jealous 'cause guys are more likely to stare at my hips, then her jutting collarbone.

As for your hormonal issues, it sounds like you might have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. (I have it as well)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polycystic_ovary_syndrome

It's really common (like, 5-15% of women may have it), & the only way to cure it is to cut your sugar consumption (...why couldn't the cure ever be cut brussel-spout consumption?) Also, make sure your doctor doesn't put you on birth control. (my testosterone was high, and my doctor put me on the pill) Despite the 'will not cause weight gain' on the label, I gained 30 pounds.

http://www.soulcysters.net/ this is a PCOS forum, it has a lot of good tips, especially concerning weight loss (PCOS makes it easier for your body to gain weight....) and how to naturally control your hormone levels.

Good luck with your hormone issues (they can be a pain, I know!)

& remember to embrace your body. Trust me, [hot] guys LOVE wide frames! (Just watch the show, Girls Next Door, about the Playboy bunnies. Nearly all of them, especially Hugh Heffner's #1 girlfriend, Holly, have wide frames)

Below is an article I found written by Mike Geary, the founder of TruthAboutAbs (http://tinyurl.com/dy7anm). I thought this was an important topic to share with you because the reality is that most people simply don't realize how dangerous their excess abdominal fat really is to their health. Also, by removing excess belly fat, you can undercover your hidden six pack.

The Hidden Dangers of Your Excess Abdominal Fat - It's More Serious Than a Vanity Issue!

by Mike Geary, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer

Did you know that the vast majority of people in this day and age have excess abdominal fat? The first thing that most people think of is that their extra abdominal fat is simply ugly, is covering up their abs from being visible, and makes them self conscious about showing off their body.

However, what most people don't realize is that excess abdominal fat in particular, is not only ugly, but is also a dangerous risk factor to your health. Scientific research has clearly demonstrated that although it is unhealthy in general to have excess body fat throughout your body, it is also particularly dangerous to have excess abdominal fat.

There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area. The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles.

The second type of fat that you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Visceral fat also plays a role in giving certain men that "beer belly" appearance where their abdomen protrudes excessively but at the same time, also feels sort of hard if you push on it.

Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat in the abdominal area are serious health risk factors, but science has shown that having excessive visceral fat is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat. Both of them greatly increase the risk your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea, various forms of cancer, and other degenerative diseases.

Part of the reason visceral fat is particularly dangerous is that it apparently releases more inflammatory molecules into your body on a consistent basis.

If you care about the quality of your life and your loved ones, reducing your abdominal fat should be one of your TOP priorities! There's just no way around it. Besides, a side-effect of finally getting rid of all of that excessive ugly abdominal fat is that your stomach will flatten out, and if you lose enough stomach fat, you will be able to visibly see those sexy six pack abs that everyone wants.

So what gets rid of extra abdominal fat? Is there actually a REAL solution beyond all of the gimmicks and hype that you see in ads and on commercials for "miracle" fat loss products?

The first thing you must understand is that there is absolutely NO quick fix solution. There are no pills or supplements of any sort that will help you lose your abdominal fat faster. Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. You can't spot reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn't work that way.

The ONLY solution to consistently lose your abdominal fat and keep it off for good is to combine a sound nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic response within your body. Both your food intake as well as your training program are important if you are to get this right.

I've actually even seen a particular study that divided thousands of participants into a diet-only group and an exercise/diet group. While both groups in this study made good progress, the diet-only group lost significantly LESS abdominal fat than the diet & exercise combined group.

Now the important thing to realize is that just any old exercise program will not necessarily do the trick. The majority of people that attempt getting into a good exercise routine are NOT working out effectively enough to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fat. I see this everyday at the gym.

Most people will do your typical boring ineffective cardio routines, throw in a little outdated body-part style weight training, and pump away with some crunches and side bends, and think that they are doing something useful for reducing their abdominal fat. Then they become frustrated after weeks or months of no results and wonder where they went wrong.
