Can skim milk cause acne?

I heard that skim milk causes acne and that's really bad for me because I have been been drinking it all my life I can't drink 2% its just nasty. I have acne so I don't wanna drink it but the smoothies I drink for breakfast have a half cup of skim milk in them. Also I can't switch cuz theres 7 people in my family and they only drink skim

This article contains lots of info. From what I read, skim milk does seem to affect acne. However, I wouldn't give up milk because you need it for your bones. Maybe you could reduce your intake and see if the acne improves at all.
