I am very interested in starting a raw food diet, but my body type seems to reject it. I tried eating super healthy vegetarian for two weeks and I looked way too skinny. I have a very fast metabolism and if I don't eat a lot of fat I become unhappy with how my body looks. The more fatty stuff I eat the better I look (except for horrible acne).

If anyone can tell me how I can maintain my weight and even how I can gain more (preferred!), then please divulge your infinite wisdom!

Thank you!

I don't recommend eating all raw foods for a long period of time (especially if your diet is vegetarian) since some food nutritional benefit from heat (ex tomatoes) and after a few weeks you'd probably start to feel unhappy because of the lack of variety. And personally I get sick and cold whenever I don't eat hot food at least once a day.

but eating a fair quantity of nuts should help maintain your weight along with protien shakes and smoothies since they contain many nutrients and calories (though don't depend on these for your nutrients)

It is important to eat good to remain healthy. Acai berry is an exciting super food that keeps you healthy and also has the bonus of helping you to lose a lot of weight. There's a free trial happening at the moment at http://lelunh.yourwell.info , give it a try, what have you got to lose?

eat lots of nuts and seeds and other sources of healthy fats like avocados. Nut butters are really good.
