STARVATION AND THROWING UP. Isnt that the Hollywood Plan? lol I think the best diet is to cut down on calorie and fat intake and exercise! YOU have to find a diet that fits your needs and your schedule. Everyone is different and what works for me may not work for someone else. Each person has a different body shape and different metabolism.

I lost a lot more than that on the Weight watchers plan of 1981. Unfortunately I lost my copy and am really trying to find a replacement. Don't like the new plans and they did not work for me. Take your time and it will come off and stay off if you really want it to. I lost a lot of weight just by not eating after 8 at night and then 7 and then 6. and by being careful what I eat during the day. Without starving myself. Good luck

Try eating SMALL meals throughout the day that are balanced. Say about 4-5 times a day to include high protein, complex carbs and moderate fat. Eat more green, leafy vegetables (salad, spinach, kale, broccoli, cabbage, sprouts, cauliflower, asparagus, etc.) than fruit and starchy veg (corn, peas, potatos). Eat whole grain breads, avoid sugar and refined foods. Avoid convenience foods.

Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water. Every day. That is the single most important thing you can do.

Exercise moderately, walk 10-15 min a day, every day. As you become more fit, extend the walk to 30 min or more.

Stick with it. This is the hardest part.

The best diet i've ever been on and i know for a fact that it works. When you first get up of the morning have breakfast. after breakfast drink alot of water and grapefruit juice OR ginerale.. after you get off work or around the evening go for a long walk/run, this means at least a mile or a mile and a half. for dinner eat something health such as some fruit or something lite with carbs and calories. after dinner drink water and some other kind of juice. and before you go to bed do alittle cardo. or some kind of small but relaxing exercise and make sure to get atleast 8 hours of sleep

Losing weight/weight management is primarily a matter of reprogramming the mind to accept less food than the body uses, although there are medical reasons at time which can result in weight gain. Contact your doctor to rule out medical problems. Yuo could also try hypnotherapy

My feeling is that anyone who needs to loose that much weight should consult a doctor prior to such an adventure. Depends on your age and health issues. Many over 250lbs or even 350lbs risk many problems if they attempt to home remedy a larger bulk. Its about how long you have had the extra weight and time line of reducing it. I would set small goals and lowering it slowly under proper supervision and support. Don't let finance short cut your goal to loose it! Good Luck!

After trying for 10 years. I finally lost 150+ lbs (12 stone) and kept it off for over 3 years now. There is only one way!

I did it without medicine, workouts, religion, going hungry or hating my food and without an operation or secret formula. I had tried counting: calories; carbs; fat; etc. I had tried jogging, swimming, weights, aerobics, crazy medicines and starving! But nothing ever worked well or lasted very long. I was hopeless! I had Hypertension, High Blood Pressure, Chronic Asthma, vision and hearing loss. constant colds and ills, annual flu or pneumonia and more. I was approved for bypass surgery and taking usually between 16 and 20 pills a day.

take a look!
