Question:
Did I eat a lot today? HELP! ?

Breakfast- A protein shake with almond milk, plain kefir and a few strawberries mixed. ( Maybe like three sliced strawberries )

Lunch- A bowl of fruit. Four strawberries and a green apple.

Snack- Green apple with cinnamon. And a bottle of Crystal light Margarita thing..yum ^^

Dinner- three Kashi whole-wheat blueberry waffles with natural maple syrup and two strawberries. With crystal light margarita thing.

Snack- I just had a small apple with like three strawberries.

WAs this healthy or too much? I'm 13, 5'0 and 103 pounds.. I want to lose a little bit more weight so dont say I shouldn't.

Seems healthy and that's not a lot? I can eat the whole home town buffet and still have room for desserts, breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner, and midnight snack.

I would never eat that much but..for each there own. I have a very strict diet plan...Like, VERY strict. My target weight is 75 pounds.
