My brother is very fat he is about 135.5 pounds and he needs to lose weight in about 4 or 3 days what can he do I feel really bad for him,because he constantly gets teased about being overweight and it makes me feel bad because he's my family and think about if it were you. So I need some help on help him lose weight because he is going to Cedar Point on Monday HELP!ASAP

let him go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

There's no way to lose weight that fast. He could lose a couple pounds by then but not a whole lot. It's dangerous to lose too much weight at one time. But for now he could eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 large meals every day, excercise regularly, cut out junk food and fried food and eat more veggies and fruit. Good luck!



Edit: Someone else recommended a soup diet. That's no good. Soup is high in sodium (salt) and causes you to retain water which would make you gain more weight. Please don't do that.

If it's just weight you're worried about and not inches, do a colon cleanse. Ideally, we need 35 grams of fiber per day. Average Americans only get 12. Increase your fiber. Eat beans, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, drink between one half and one full gallon of water per day. Exercise (heavy breathing, sweat dripping) for at least an hour every day. It won't be fun. It won't be easy but chances are it will work. No meat, no dairy, no sugar!

3 days is too short a period of time to lose weight. You can safely lose 2-3 pounds a week with a good diet of lean protein and vegetables and moderate exercise. Tell your brother not to worry and have fun at Cedar Point. Then commit to eating right and exercising daily.

you wont see dramatic results in four days, but some diets allow you to lose a significant amount in a week. Just cut down on calories, so that its less than what he burns, and lots of gyms allow 11 year olds to join. make sure he takes a vitamin supplement when he's dieting, because he's still growing.

You can't shed so much pounds in 3-4 days . However within 2 weeks these suggestion might work.



Diets can shed some pounds but will bring it back the moment he stops. So best thing is to eat 5 small meals to increase his metabolism and do exercise atleast 20 minutes everyday. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables in his diet, drink a lot of water. Snack with nuts. Avoid fatty foods, sweetened juices, processed food. A balanced diet will keep him fit too.

For crash diets (like he needs to go to Cedar Point), he could go on a soup diet. Any soup and can be taken with bread or rice. Since soups have more liquied, it helps to tone down. You can continue to have fruits n vegetables as usual just replace your main food to a soupy food.for ex. for lunch you can have a small bowl of rice with chicken soup or for dinner you can have bread and cream of mushroom soup.

Dont forget to exercise. If he have need motivation just on the tv and dance to any music video. While he dance try to make different moves and some streches. A non stop dance for 20 minutes per day can do wonders.



If he is very active and plays football or badminton or tennis, it will help. Swimming is the best exercise for fat people to loose n tone safely.

no one can lose weight in about 3 or 4 days but he can change his eating habbits like fruit and veggis and he also needs to go out and do something for an hour a day like maby call over a friend and go play outside or something that involes moving and it also helps when people are helping him and cheering him on after about 1 month he will look a lot better.

just cut down the meals. no rice. if possible, no desserts too, except if the desserts are fruit. tell him to exercise a lot, but don't push him to hard when he gets tired. maybe a little jogging will do. he's too young to do some weights cause it will just be bad for his muscles that are still growing, hmm, what else...? well that's all i can think of.. hope it helped ;)

if your brother is 4ft 9in the ideal weight for his height would be between 92 pounds and 115 pounds he weights 135.5 pounds his bmi is 29.2 for his age and height he is the obese range at his age and height he weigh 82 pounds his bmi should be 17.7 he needs to lose weight to get down to the healthy range

20 to 25 bmi isn't accurate for kids

he needs to eat healthy and excersie regularly + drink heaps of water and stuff. not too many carbs tho...

but seriously, 3-4 days?! btw if he crash diets he will only just gain double the weight back on so dont do that.
