how can i put on some weight like maybe 10 pounds or more? idc if its fat i just wana bulk up for soccer season

You don't need bulk or weight for soccer (football)? and fat would be a disadvantage.



The only reason you'd need to gain 10lbs is if you're medically underweight.



From your question you're probably young and physically active, so eating moderately more probably wouldn't hurt you.

The market's loaded with whey protein shakes and powders. I like EAS the best, as far as taste. Whether it works or not, who knows.

To add on weight in a healthy manner, Do eat portions of healthy, hearty food. Eat second servings and add on lean cut meats and veggies. Try whole grains instead of Wheat and go on steadily for a couple of weeks. Dont trash your body with junk food and supplements. Do it the healthy way :)

Depending on your body type it might be harder than you think. Do lots of weight training in addition to eating lots of carbs. You should see a few results after a while.
