What does this mean?
Does this mean it is easy for me to gain muscle?

A Mesomorph body type is a naturally fit body in regard to maintain it or improve one should do regular exercise and the right diet of this body type. (http://howtoloseweightin5days.net/Newsletter/)

Muscle training can be practice more frequently—but it requires consciousness not to overexert it.

It requires you to train with restrained to heavy weighs and at a modest pace, not latent too long among sets. You will realize that you gain muscle rather easy.

When you are contented with your muscle sizes strive to train and maintain it. Finally, bond to a good healthy diet to maintain your body lean and muscular, and keep an eye for any slow sneaking fat gains. Fit into place in and benefit from aerobic activities, sporting games, etc. but never overdo.

There are three body types, to be very blunt:

Endomorph: Like a doughnut, average size, fatter appearance (Will find it easier to gain weight)

Mesomorph: Average size, muscular build (Yes you will build muscle easier).

Ectomorph: Tall and lean (Will find it harder to gain muscle or fat)

Mesomorph is characteristics taken from both ectomorph and endomorph. Its like a hybrid in case you are able to. Like a mesomorph famous it user-friendly to placed on fat and muscle, is extremely inflexible and robust like an endomorph, yet are smaller, and would burn fat very rapidly, like an ectomorph.
