So, I'm a 16 year old female, 5'3 and 101 lbs and I'm really concious about my weight. Today, I've already done a little bit of exercise but I don't really want to do much more besides walking. Do you think I will lose or gain weight from what I eat and what exercise I have done?

30g Fruit n' Fibre with 40 ml 0.1% fat milk (+128 calories)
Alpen Light Double Chocolate cereal bar (+62 calories)
Grilled mushroom on half a wholewheat bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion & olive oil (+125 calories)
Half a frozen banana with 25g strawberries & 5g yoghurt (+55 calories)
600 ml hot water with 33g mint hot chocolate (+114 calories)
A small slice of vegetable moussaka (+140 calories)

Then I might have a mint chocolate chip ice cream bar as well (+94 calories), but otherwise that's all I'm eating for today. As for exercise:

Hula hooping for 22 minutes (-70 calories)
Walking 3 miles (-175 calories)

Do you think I will gain weight from today?

From adding up the calories your grossly under eating! It's about 700calories, you need far more than that to be healthy.

You won't gain weight but your far from healthy.

no not at all, you need to stop worrying so much 101lbs is tiny you could probably do with gaining a little weight!

if it helps you would have to OVEReat 3,500 calories which isnt going to happen in a day

Yes, that must be possible unless you are eating healthy foods or the right food to be taken.
