What's healthier: a hamburger or fried chicken tenders?

I'm curious, is the ground beef in the hamburger healthier because the chicken is deep fried? And what about the bun?

grill the burger and use a wheat bun and try to get 90-93% lean and that is way healthier then any chicken finger

1. Hamburgers: They Are Usually In Bread Rolls And Bread Is One Of The High Carbohydrates That make you feel drowsy and down. 2. French Fries: These Are Potatoes which are also high of carbohydrates + salt which is bad for you if you eat to much. 3. Chicken Fingers (Tenders): These are Coated chicken in bread Crumbs which are frozen and usually baked bread slices. "Carbs" is short or Carbohydrates which are starchy foods such as:rice, potatoes, pasta and also bread. To much of them can be bad for you and you can get bigger. That's why Hollywood stars don't eat carbs because they want to keep fit and healthy. Hope I Helped! :)

Definatly the fried chicken tenders. Beef is very high in fat and Cholesterol! Beef is only really good for iron. All red meat is usually not as good for you as lean meats such as turkey, chicken, and fish. The chicken has high protein, even if it is fried.. bread crumbs would hold some nutrition as well. I grew up with a chef as a dad and know first hand from all the cooking conventions that beef overall is not good for you.

the hamburger, it has less fat and is not deep fried, so it is healthier than the chicken tenders.

The hamburger is better usually but of you are talking about a fast food place.. c'mon.. both are nasty. The ground beef is loaded with fat in fast food place. The buns are made with cheap enriched white flour.
