my daughter was in her room with a friend and i could hear them talking and she made a comment about how i had a muffin top and her friend said 'wow that is gross"". i didnt know what that mean so i looked it up and i was shocked. i knew i was gaining a little weight but i guess i do have a muffin top. my stomach has began to expand over my belt!!!! i dont know why. i dont exercise and never have but i smoke a lot of cigarettes and i drink a lot of energy drinks and coffee and diet coke so that keeps me skinny. my husband calls it the malboro diet. do i really have a muffin top problem and what i should do????? i hate exercise because it just get out of breath too fast.

relatively, a muffin precise is whilst the fat on your hips rolls over your pants, no longer your abdomen. nonetheless a abdomen many times comes with the greater severe ones. element of what makes a muffin precise is your pant length. in the experience that your pants are too tight, this is not suitable how skinny you're, you need to have a sprint bit a muffin precise. once you ascertain you at the instant are not attempting to squeeze into pants too tight for you, watch what you devour and perform a little cardio, besides as some crunches, and that could help combat a muffin precise.

energy drinks will not help!!! if you don't exercise after drinking them they just turn straight to fat, coffee is fine but if you have full fat milk and a lot of sugar then its still fatty, smoking does curb your appetite but it makes you incredibly unhealthy and will stop you being able to do any exercise, trust me stop it, your skin will look older, your hair will be less healthy your nails will be less healthy and you have more chance of cancer and it ruins your teeth and smells, you can't tell because you've gotten used to it but as a non-smoker I can always smell it and it's vile.

So basically:

Cut the energy drinks

cut the smoking

start a healthy diet

and eventually start working in exercise when you can breath better, most smoking quitters notice and breathing difference in the first in the first week so it will pay. trust me
