Fast is never healthy . . . so there are none that are "fast" and healthy.



A good diet plan is a change in lifestyle. Diets don't work if you're doing it just to lose weight then go back to the old ways of eating. You will gain it back and play yoyo dieting, which is also very, very unhealthy.



The best program, because it is about lifestyle change . . . for the rest of your life is Weight Watchers. It's is NOT a diet, it is learning about your health and being fit and trim. How to get there safely, sustain the loss once you're there and continue a healthy, trim lifestyle through life.



The only way it will work. Weight Watchers is available on-line, too. Should you attend the in-person meeting there's lots of support and encouragement and lots of learning about health, etc. In a fun way! I love it and have been very successful on it.



I have tried Jenny Craig (which I liked), Fit For Life, Anorexia (which almost killed me . . . literally) and others. Weight Watchers is the only one I have lost and kept off the weight and stayed healthy doing.

hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..



I'm 5'8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it...



ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me.... But i came across this diet program >> http://www.fatloss.pcti-system.com .. which a couple of my girlfriends put me onto, and it worked amazing for me like nothing else has.



Right now I'm only 180 lbs.. I'm still overweight but I've already lost 40 pounds and I'm well on my way to my goal of 160 lbs.. I hope i was of some help.. I wish you all the best of luck!

Zone out. There’s a reason why people exercise to their favorite music – listening to external stimulus takes your mind off of the physical activity. That’s the secret to making “exercise time” fly. If you’re concentrating on what your body is doing, the session is going to drag on for what will seem like days. Buy a portable music player, or situate yourself in front of a television.

The only diet I have ever found to work is eating healthy foods

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and eat small portions of meat and pasta. Eliminate all soda/soft drinks and candy.

Drink lots of water.
