basically i wanted to know an ideal ratio to balance my back. my chest press is 190 lbs and my row 230 lbs. But my lat pulldown is only 160 lbs. How much should it be?

You're chest press vs pulldown is about right, but your row seems a little strange. I think you might not be doing it right. Assuming you're talking about horizontal machine rows. Are you not using your arms at all? Just leaning back or something? Rows and pulldown should be around the same.

It could be that your shoulders aren't as strong as your back is, relatively speaking of course, but you might want to google proper form for machine rows.

80 pounds for row, which I do regularly for about 15 minutes. (I'm a girl...so I don't care about going over that.)
