When you do exercises, your legs and abs loose fat. Your legs and abs will become harder and the fat will be reduced as you work them, so! i have a plan for you to do every day.
At least 3x a week for 25 min each, do a cardio activity, like go running, or jump on an elliptical at the gym, or run up the stairs.
and every day do strengthening activities.
everyday you will do sets of lunges, squats and abs
every day increase the repetitions.
If your legs hurt from the day before, do less reps the following day(BUT STILL DO SOME!)
So day 1: 10 lunges on each leg
10 squats
then day 2: 15 lunges
15 squats
get it?
any ways, on to the abs.

i like to do my ab work before cardio because then i have more stability
i like to do leg work right before i shower, to make sure my legs stay loose, and dont get too sore
i also like to do my abs before i shower to reduce morning pain or a work out
STRETCH AFTER AND BEFORE EVERY SESSION!
