Anyone know any ways to loose weight in 11 days? During december i lost 14 pounds not from dieting or exercising but because i wasnt feeling well and i was despressed. People we're noticing that i was smaller but i couldnt tell and now yesterday my mom told me i've gained the weight back. I've gotten my appetite back so i've started eating again and im not depressed anymore. But does anyone know any wasy ways to lose weight in 10 days?
