i'm 14 and i'm not overweight but i want to slim out my stomach and i play volleyball but i was wondering what some fast and easy ways for teens to lose weight were.

You need Willpower & Wont power

Wont eat Junk food

Wont drink soda's

and Wont eat Ice Cream

Will Exercise everyday

Will eat Healthy foods

Cycling, Swimming Tennis and Brisk Walking,

Skating is good too

Honestly diet and exercise is the way to lose weight but I think I understand what you mean. I'm 17 and I started dieting in April this year as of Christmas I've lost 9 lbs. So weight loss is doable. I lost weight by going for walks everyday my walks ranged from 1-3 hours a day and it wasn't always power walking it could just be walking with friends. I would walk to the library or to the store or sometimes i'd just walk the track at the elementary school by my house in the 1st month of exercise and just adjusting my diet I lost 6 lbs. (I call this the easy weight because most diets you see results right away which means it must be the easy to lose weight right? hence the name easy weight lol) When it came to food I still had things I wanted but i toned down a lot and I hate drinking water but I drank a lot of sparkling water because it's fizzy like soda and tastes good and it was 68 cents in wal-mart for a 1 liter bottle. It's affordable and easy. Basically cut back on the unhealthy foods and find substitutes and exercise with something you feel you can commit to. An I'd recommend make it more that just a chore. If you feel your "diet" is not fun you won't feel as motivated to stick to it. So find something you're comfortable with and something to stick to. Hope this helps and good luck!

Fast dancing. You can use 1 pound weights as pom-poms. It really helps if you do it once a week. Soccer is an even better alternative, but it can bet boring if you have to do it a lot. Dancing doesnt get boring because you can always dance to new songs (dance songs).

If you cut out bad carbs - NOT ALL CARBS then it will help you to cut down your fat levels. Only eat good carbs, and do lots of cardio.
