Before you start losing weight take a look at advantages and disadvantages. 1st do not go by eye sight . how do you feel physically ? if you feel in good physically shape then don't change. health is the most important thing. next if you lose that much, do you have the wardrobe to fit or are you going to have to shop for new clothes, CAN YOU afford a new wardrobe? save your money and spend it while your on vacation and be able to enjoy things with the $$ you save. Have a great trip !!!!!!!

First of all, get your priorities straight. Learn how to spell and what "to" to use, i.e., "too much" is what you were shooting for. If you lose 20 pounds in 17 days, you will be sick. If you need to lose 20 pounds at 13 years old, you are fat. A healthy weight is about 90 pounds. Are you trying to weigh 70??
Grow up and get away from the TV.

yes that is to much to lose what you have i would consider to be baby fat we all had it cut back on the junk food instead of being driven somewhere walk you might loose it you might not but as long as you are healthy i would not worry to much enjoy your vacation
