I am 13, about 5 foot 2, and between 113-115 pounds on average. I went on a cruise, and before that I was around 107, and really happy with that weight. When I came back, I was like 113, and that's where I have been for a couple months. I want to get back down to around 105-107 range. But, in a healthy way. I'm not doing any sports right now, which is probably why I'm not at my normal weight. I do lacrosse and track in the spring, but in the fall i have nothing. First of all, am I fat? Not fat, but, chubby? Normal? Thin? And what are some healthy ways to lose weight. Any activities I can do that aren't too time consuming? I have alot of homework, so I don't usually have too much freetime during the week. And I don't want to diet, but go ahead and give me some ways to lose weight in a healthy way. I don't mind it taking a while, but I want to see at least a little improvement in my weight in a month. Sorry this is so long, but please answer me!
