Healthy ways for a teen to lose weight?

I am 13, about 5 foot 2, and between 113-115 pounds on average. I went on a cruise, and before that I was around 107, and really happy with that weight. When I came back, I was like 113, and that's where I have been for a couple months. I want to get back down to around 105-107 range. But, in a healthy way. I'm not doing any sports right now, which is probably why I'm not at my normal weight. I do lacrosse and track in the spring, but in the fall i have nothing. First of all, am I fat? Not fat, but, chubby? Normal? Thin? And what are some healthy ways to lose weight. Any activities I can do that aren't too time consuming? I have alot of homework, so I don't usually have too much freetime during the week. And I don't want to diet, but go ahead and give me some ways to lose weight in a healthy way. I don't mind it taking a while, but I want to see at least a little improvement in my weight in a month. Sorry this is so long, but please answer me!

It's very helpful to have daily athletic exercises at your school. You are not fat (: What I do is take dance for my physical education class, we do a lot of different exercises. Once a week, we run a mile around the school. One way is to say healthy is DO NOT take the easy way out. Take stairs as opposed to elevators and if you find you live close to a certain place, jog over there in your free time. Limit you junk intake. Sure, it sounds great at the time, but just think how your body will respond once the junk level gets too high. You can also take a homework break and do about 25-30 simple crunches. It keeps you toned; you might want to increase the number of crunches you can do when you find you can. In your free time, instead of using the computer or watching TV, walk around a nearby mall, jog just one time around the block... all these everyday exercises can keep you healthy :)

ok well first off no ur not fat!!! ur just about average but if u wanna lose weight than u should try swimming! it burns TONS of calories!!!! and so duz running!!! also as for what will fill you up i would suggest the water diet bcuz it works rly rly well!!!! all u do is dirnk like tons n tons of water all the time like when ur hungry in between meals n stuff and then have smaller portions 4 ur meals also make sure ur eating ur meals right like breakfast should be ur biggest meal and lunch should be second biggest and then dinner should be ur smallest! also try not 2 eat past nine o clock at night bcuz it makes u gain more weight. ok well i hope i helped!!!

Join a school sports team and work your butt off. You can lose alot of weight like that.

And it may be that your thirsty instead of hungry. i know it seems like your hungry but if you drink water the feeling will go away.

first of all...you can start training for track and lacrosse by maybe running a mile or two everyday after school. and fiber is very filling. try mini wheats cereal or i know there are fiber one bars you can get that are really good. overall fiber will fill you up the best. and stay away from chips and ice cream as much as you can.
