which is better? genuine answers please..

First of all what is the price? I would flat out go with the cheaper because when it comes to those kinds of things, they're nearly all identical. I personally take a version of the GNC Megamen pack, I don't get the pack because I take some other cheaper off brands for the fish oil and nos stuff.



I have heard good things about the Animal Pak, plus the fact I think its the best selling on the market. Unless you're a serious ripped body builder, I doubt you could really notice the difference between the two. I'd go for the cheaper, but as for the ingredients I'd probably guess the Animal Pak is a little better.

I take centrum from walmart because it is cheaper. Animal pak is a really expensive vitamin pak with a few extra things. Look in the forum below and use the search tools.

Of course Sri Lanka as it's my country and as a neutral fan I would support Australia as I like Shane Watson but I also like Jimmy Anderson but Watson's my favorite overseas player at the present so I would support Australia.
