What can I do to get a6pack in time for summer? What exercises do I do? (THEY MUST BE AT HOME AS I HAVE NO ACCESS TO A GYM).

To get a six pack you'll have to do two things. One is lose weight through your midsection and the two is define your abs. A good exercise to do at home that burns a lot of calories and doesn't require much space is "8 count bodybuilders". To define your abs just do crunches, leg lifts, and flutter kicks. Of course watch your caloric intake and avoid fatty foods as the fat tends to build up around the abs first.

Ok so what you need to do is first of all get your body fat percentage down to 7%. Once youve got this from dieting and running, start this workout.

My Ab Workout

3 sets of

Leg raises 15

bicicle kicks 15

toe touches 15



Do this every 2n day and drink alot of water.

Stay away of soda and candy.



Go running 30 mins a day!

you can't just lose weight around your stomach, you have to lose fat overall, you have to do cardio like running, biking, jump rope, burpees



and add in some strength/resistance training like:

pushups

pullups

squats

lunges

dips

chin ups

maybe even invest in some dumbbells or gear for your home



and of course, you need ab training, there's many variations in all of the following:

crunches

situps

leg raises

russian twists

v-sits

planks



and work on your diet...you can do all the working out in the world but if you're not eating properly to get cut, it will never happen...eat lean foods, small meals 5-6x a day, lots of water, watch your carbs, cut out sodas and sweets



follow all that for a few weeks consistently and you'll see results, even without a gym
