I am thinking of trying alli, however, I do not want to have the squirts all the time. I need to lose 60 pounds. What is the best and fastest way without starving myself totally?

It's hard and not healthy but possible.

I lost 25 lbs in 1.5 month walking every morning, working in gym and taking pills.

I used phen. Alli is just fat blocker.

This is probably the most common question I answer on yahoo answers, or to anyone I advise in general actually, and the answer has been, and will more than likely always be the same. If you want fast and safe results that remain, you have to eat right and exercise regularly.



It's a complete lifestyle change, and that's why most people fail. It's not eating this or that for a few months or a year and then wammo, perfect body and eat whatever you like. That just isn't the way the body works.

You won't have to starve yourself, and in fact will be eating quite a lot of food. However it does mean no more sweets, no more fast food, no more pizza eating contests, etc. I must admit though, these things are nice, but eating crappy foods 45 minutes a day at most is NOTHING compared to loving how you look and feel 24 hours a day! And I mean 24, you'll sleep better, feel better, everything.



So now the real question is to you, are you ready to change your life and give up poor decisions and horrible habits? My best wishes that you are!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days. On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home. The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better! Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results. Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated. Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.



I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.



It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Dieting web sites and dieting plans are so successful that it's almost a given that anybody can find the perfect free dieting scheme on the internet. Free diet plans are, well, free - you don't pay anything upfront. But many people don’t trust them having a good reason. The famed "cabbage soup diet" or the "3 days diet" are just two random examples of diet plans that will never work and can even be downright dangerous.



So how can you find a sound free diet plan? Is there any such a thing?



The keyword when you're looking for a diet plan is common sense. Use your knowledge and your intuition to pick between the various diets, it's not that hard. For example it would be a good thing to find out right from the start what the right amount of calories you need based on your current weight and daily activity. It's worth noting that even if you are 100 lbs and a complete couch potato, you still need about 1300 calories per day just to stay alive and well.



For most of us, a good dieting plan would do nothing more than give some guidelines on what to eat to stay within the daily limits for calories. And any plan that attempts to tell you that 500 calories per day is good for you won't help you at all.



After decades of dieting, many people have become more knowledgeable and it's easier to say when we are eating something we shouldn't. A good diet plan will make the transition from a dedicated evening eater to a healthy morning eater seem easy and enjoyable. And the whole purpose of a diet plan is to make life and food enjoyable even when it's served in small, healthy bites. Dieting is supposed to be fun, to make you feel happier, healthier and ready to try even more nice new things in your life!

I have lost nearly 140 pounds and I have to tell you that there is no magic, quick-fix solution.



The best way, as everyone will tell you, is to exercise and eat healthily. This is the fastest way to lose the weight and make yourself fell a load healthier as well.



As regards eating - just don't eat crap - eat healthier natural (not pre-prepared) foods. Get into the habit of looking at the calorie, salt and fat content of any foods you buy. Make sure you eat a balanced diet, but you can bulk out on fresh fruit and vegetables which won't give you the shits unless you go mad.



Exercise just as much as you can manage, but push yourself, don't give up as soon as it hurts (you may want to have a check-up at the docs first, just to be safe) - this will really get the weight off fast.



It's worth the hard work - trust me. You'll feel healthier, younger and fitter and you'll look better too.

Well, the obvious best way is exercise and eating right. However, if you are like me, that is not always easy and I like to see some results quickly for my effort! I have taken Slimquick before with good results. You do have to watch what you eat (it comes with a sample diet) and exercise but helps the weight come off much faster. Check with your doctor before taking any medications though b/c they might not be right for you. Your doctor could refer you to a dietician who can help customize a diet for you too.

I am also hesitant to try alli as I don't like the side effects AT ALL!

whats ur present weight, height age and waist.? but u can safely take this diet plan to reduce ur weight.



1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.

2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet

3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.

4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can

6) use brown bread

6) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt

7) no sugar of any type.

8) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.

U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. Just cooked

9) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)

10) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast

at least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u fell that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.



the best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

- Lettuce, broccoli, celery, cabbage, spinach, peas, beans, capsicum, apples, crackers, muesli & fish…!



• Under 1000 calories daily. NO MORE!



• Exercise 3 hrs daily - Gym.



• Don’t give into temptations, cravings or hunger…you’re stronger than that!



• 3 litres of water plus daily.



• Keep organised and clean room, (Diary&Calender).



• Do homework and study.



• Skinny models are my inspiration.



• Music is my life.



• Sleep well.



• Brush teeth, groom hair, wash face and look after body.



• Don’t rely on anyone or anything!

HERBALIFE Nutritional Protien shakes and supplements, colorful plant carbs and proteins. Loads of water and exercise. NO OTHER WAY WORKS! I know cause I tried all of them!
