I tried p90x before and used for 2 months. First time you try out p90x you will be exhausted and maybe not even able to finish through the whole workout. But most workouts they show on this p90x doesn't require weights so it's convenient and definitely gets you in shape and better fitness.

Jillian's body revolution is you want to mostly lose weight and build some muscle. P90X if you wanna lose a little weight and build a lot of upper body muscle. So either will work but Jillian will get you a flat mid-section
