Question:
What to do about decrease in overall health?

I weigh 275, I'm a white male, 33 years old, and 6'2". This is the heaviest I've ever been in my life, and lately the weight has been piling on my body (maybe hormonal changes?).

Anyway, I have been having to blow my nose like dozens of times a day, and I don't feel ill (although I recently got over having a cold about a week ago). It's like I have no energy to do anything. And my waste size keeps getting bigger and bigger. I honestly don't know what to do, and I'm becoming concerned. I don't have any chest pains or anything like that. But if this keeps up (the weight gain), I won't live to see 40. However, lately I have been severely depressed, so maybe that's what's causing the rise in body fat.

Do you have any serious suggestions or recommendations (other than a trendy diet book with a perky, sassy woman on the front cover)? What should I do, and where should I start?

Depression is a funny duck! I have heard of it reducing your

apetite but I am not aware it could produce weig ht.

You energy could have something to do with depression.

Blowing your nose so much is a sign of allergies.

A trip to your family doctor is in order. It wouldn't hurt for the

doctor to run some tests on you. Hopefully you are young enough to bring that weight down before it goes any further.

Do you go to school? Are you worried about your finances?

Do you have a good job? Are you seeing someone?

Do you have trouble sleeping? Do you go back for seconds

on food? These are some of the questions you need to ask

yourself. Some of these symptoms are a possible depression, at least they can put weight on you.

Check yourself out on these questions and make a list of what fits and what doesn't. That way you can have your list

ready when you talk to the doctor.

Unfortunately, no, that might no longer paintings. The suggestion in the back of wellbeing care coverage is that the manufacturer pays any and all clinical expenditures, which would run into the tens or 1000's of hundreds, headquartered on a per thirty days top class (the rate for coverage). They are in a position to pay the price on the grounds that just a small quantity of the men and women they insure take expertise of the advantages every month. In different phrases, even though 10000 men and women maybe paying a $two hundred top class for a whole income of $two,000,000, just a thousand of the ones men and women will post a declare that month, which might price them at any place from part to 3 quarters of the cash they have got amassed. What that suggests is that the men and women paying $two hundred are becoming an normal of $two,000 in clinical advantages, and the manufacturer is creating a benefit of approximately $500,000 with which they pay for staff, workplace house, presents, transportation, and so on. Without the coverage manufacturer, the ones identical men and women who filed coverage claims might be paying ten instances as a lot. Although the quantity of men and women is way bigger and the volume of advantages will also be a lot better, its all a numbers sport that the coverage businesses have researched, and they're in a position to furnish for all advantages they quilt. There is not any less expensive manner of dealing with the price of remedy, or the federal government would not be seeking to uncover a technique to pay for the coverage themselves.

First make an appointment with a physician and get a physical.

Also, start by walking walking a little and taking in some fresh air. Even if you just go sit in a park, get out a little away from phones and every day stress.

And just so you know, some of the colds and flu's going around seem to hang on and leave a person with little energy even if they seem to be gone.

But definitely go see a physician

I used to weigh up to 85 kg and was struggling to lose weight......I did lose some, but it bounced...... Now I am taking Herbalife, it gives you enough proteins to prevent your metabolism slowing down so you have a much less chance og bouncing, I am 67 KG now it only took me 3 months to lose all these weight.....and I feel healther now, if you want to lose weight, make sure u do it the healthy way......or u might ruin your health or just bounce, which would just be a waste of hard effort!

Start by going to the doctors for a physical. Then you need to see a nutritionist who can help you with your eating habits. Once you are eating better, start by exercising like walking. If you can afford it get a membership at the local gym and talk with a personal trainer. Take it slowly and you will develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. I had a personal trainer and he helped me lose 50lbs, it was worth every penny I spent. Good Luck...........

you may be getting minor symptoms of diabetes. Cut down your calories by drinking a cup of water before you eat. force yourself to exercise, start by walking, eat smaller meals more often 5 to 6
