I'm very upset and hate my 'Pear-shaped body' it's making me feel fat!?

I've tried. I've been eating better and exercising, I still can't see no change in my wide thighs.

I am '36' waste Uk size 8 34C bra size.

And I still feel fat due to my pear shaped body I'm currently trying not to eat anything, and took laxatives and I definitely known can't go down the bulimic road again.

Lately I feel that's the only way to be slimmer i can't see a difference in the thick thighs! They loOk so wide :'(

Any tips on how to lose weight!?

Just get 100% of YOUR daily % value of fiber, don't consume products that have *unnatural* sugars or, especially, anything like Sweet-n-Low that tastes like sugar but has zero calories. Fruits are completely okay and most of them have a ton of fiber; your body gets rid of those sugars way faster than the unnatural crap and the energy can help you burn more calories(from being able to exercise or just from *thinking* faster!). As long as you eat the *right* things, then your body will probably fix itself, if it does need fixing. As long as you eat these things, then it's completely okay to eat three full meals a day.

Drink nothing but unflavored water and drink until your urine is straw-colored or even clear to be sure that you're drinking the right amount of water for your diet and the temperature that you're experiencing.

If you have cravings(not to be confused with real hunger, of course), then try brushing your teeth *and* tongue after every meal or snack. The after taste will make you think you're hungry or thirsty if you don't.

Also! Learn the difference between fatigue and hunger. If you're light-headed...then you either need sleep or food. If you drink coffee, consider stopping that so you can more easily tell the difference between the two. If you need fiber then I reccomend oat meal...it expands in your stomach, making you reluctant to continue eating. Chili works too; it has a lot of protein and a lot of fiber.

I really think that you should see a doctor and talk about this. They can help you find a nutritionist and maybe a weight loss club. You don't have to lose weight alone. Please don't be so hard on yourself. Some people are just meant to be pear shaped or apple shaped or hourglass. Weight has nothing to do with it.



Simply things like making sure your wearing the right bra size and wearing a push up bra might make you look a bit more hourglass. a size 8 UK is small. It's the same as a size 4 US. http://voluptuouslythin.wordpress.com/2012/03/01/measure-yourself/

Yes. And Not Eating and Taking Laxatives is NOT The Way to go. I lost 20 pounds by eating 3 normal size meals a day, and two pieces of fruit. One on my morning cereal, and the other before bed. For Lunch I have a tossed salad with grilled chicken, beets, chick peas, avocado, 2 slices of cheese and oil and vinegar dressing, or I will have a bowl of hearty soup and rice crackers. My dinner consists of 1 piece of protein, 1/2 cup of starch, and 1/2 plate of vegetables. I also treat myself to a 1/2 cup of Edy's

Slow Churned Ice Cream which is very low in calories and fat. I measure everything that is considered the correct portion size on the back of the carton/package and I can not exercise. So if you can exercise that gives you an advantage over me. You WILL Lose weight if you just be patient. Try going swimming, walking, or doing leg raises. I wish I Can! I am not allowed to use my lower body, only my upper body.

You probably are not even fat at all. I blame the internet and the media for poisoning girls minds about their shape. All the negative comments on these yahoo sites have people believing they are fat which is sad. Besides you can't change your bone structure. Just accept it and don't listen to idiots!

Maybe don't stop eating, and excersisr . Don't stop at ALL. This might sound weird but you can purchase I guess thigh girdle ? I have no clue why the actually called. Go swimming or biking and maybe get a excersise video and some weight to? Anyways that's what I'm doing.
