ok so any idea would be much appreciated, but i'll just give you some background, i drink a lot of water, i eat a lot of junk food but i've been trying 2 cut back and lately its going well, i do press up and i've found doing 20 at a time with like a minute rest is a gud work out and i just really need some help getting my stamina up, i noticed the change in my arms not long after starting the press ups and like theres still fat there but its a lot better and i was wondering if the same thing would apply 2 my stomach if i did sum crunched or whatever i do have a lot of fat there, but improving my diet got rid of a lot of it, anyways i'm starting to rambling here, ne help would be great

3500kcal = 1 lb of fat so drop 500kcal a day from your diet



Try to eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 large meals to help keep your metabolism going



Avoid sugary carbs



Try to avoid having high carbs and high fat in the same meal



Try to eat protein with every meal



Eat 1.2-1.5g of protein per lb of body weight

Get approx 20% of your calorie intake from fats (preferably unsaturated)

Get the rest of your calories from carbs



Drink 2-3 litres of water a day



Drink green tea to help speed up your metabolism to assist in fat burning



Do 3 weights sessions a week to burn calories whilst preserving muscle loss and gaining strength



Do 3 HIIT cardio sessions a week (different day to weights) to burn calories and help drop fat.



Doing this should lead to safe fat loss, expect to lose about 2lb a week



Don’t try to lose more than this as you will end up losing muscle

cardio helps greatly with stamina, you can do all the crunchs you want but if you do no cardio you wont ever see your abs.



Weight training, builds muscle.

Cardio burns fat.





So start off walking 10 minutes, or jogging.

and keep going up in time

10, 20, 30 and so on, dont over exert yourself to much though, keep a good pace

Cardio is the way forward. As far as your stomach a good light easy introduction is leg raises. Lie on your back with your arms by your side, hands pressed to the floor, legs together and lift your legs up from the hip to 50 degrees then lower. Then raise. Then lower. Your heels aren't allowed to touch the floor. Do reps of these in the same way you do press ups.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
