About 2 years ago, I weight round about 10 stones (if you are American this is 140)
I am 5 ft 7 roughly
male obviously lol
For reasons I do not want to go into, i have lost a lot of weight since 2005 and I presently weight (after scales today) 7 stones 5 (103)
i am eating a lot better than i was a few weeks ago, and yet I have lost even more weight, I presume because I have been more active and have a high metabolism, ectomorphic
i really amq uite slim, before I was slightly muscular and had some semblance of a six pack abs
Now I have ribs and everything
At one stage I weight 84, in 2006
My question is, is there anyhting I can get from the doctor or anything I can eat high in calories to up my weight by this time next year? i realise ya can gain a pound a week if ya get something like 300 calories of profit, can't remember precisely
