unusual for somebody to have big bones only in the thigh area, if you have a big skeleton all over that is still slightly unusual. Skeletons excavated of men who used the long bow would show heavy bone deposits on the shoulder and arm area due to the pratice they put in to use the bow. The muscles would be abnormally large on one side , therefore bone deposits would be heavier to support the muscles. If you do abnormal amounts of excercise only in the thigh area then this may be possible, however more likely is your body stores fat in the thigh area, nothing to be concerned about it makes you normal

Yes. Being big boned doesn't mean fat although sometimes people use it as a euphemism for fat. Being big boned basically means have a larger frame so that you look slightly bigger and weigh more without carrying excess body fat.

YES! Its just your bone structure. You may appear to be larger, but not because you are fat at all. Because you were born with larger bones. Don't worry, I have a large bone structure and sometimes I hate it. But its who I am!

No that's just fat thighs, it's not big boned. You are big boned if your thumb and index finger don't touch when you wrap them around your wrist.

try toning it up.
that's probably the problem
try doing squats, lunges, crab walks, leg pushes, etc.
