I have until December 26th to lose 15lbs. Help!?

I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled on tuesday. I have a really sensitive mouth. I was thinking of doing the master cleanse for 5 days (starting tuesday) and then eating apple sauce until december 25th. Then, on december 25th, NOT overeating for christmas. I was thinking that since I was easing into normal food, that I wouldn;t gain the weight back. Is this okay?

You're going to make yourself sick. Spend the next 13 days eating about 1,000 calories a day and doing an hour of vigorous walking, along with 10 to 15 minutes of toning exercises. And drink lots of water.



You'll lose about 6 pounds, maybe 8, and will look just fine for whatever it is you need to be ready for on the 26th.



After you've jump started your diet this way, ramp up your calories a little, maintain your exercise program, and you'll lose another 2 pounds a week until you reach your goal.

You'll gain it back. You have to train your body into a new way of life. If you jump into eating apple sauce then eat regular food again your body will store more fat than it use too. Then you'll be right back where you started.



Try a heavy workout say 2 hrs a day with balanced meals. 1/4 plate is protein or lean meat, 1/4 carbs (or low carbs) and 1/2 vegies. And only drink water. You'll loose a good amount in 2 weeks. Maybe even reach your goal.

That sounds pretty bad actually. Trust me I got my wisdom teeth and after a few days of eating pudding cups, you will want to eat SO badly!..



are you overweight or just want to impress family?

if you are overweight you should start by getting active. Maybe walking. Have a healthy diet, eat regularly; and only eat when you get hungry. Cut the starches and increase proteins and fibers. fruits and veggies..



if you are trying to impress family or change for school vacation

try boosting your self esteem. maybe update your wardrobe, or write a story.. stop being influenced by other people.. i'm sure you are gorgeous and just need to have more self confidence.!!

If you want to lose 15 pounds by December 26, cut off an arm. OK, so that's a bad idea but it is the only way. Maybe a more reasoned approach is called for here.

try to keep track or your calories. as a woman you should have 2200 a day. get you five food groups. work out every day maybe 45 mins cardiovascular 30 mins weights in the morning and afternoon to burn the calories. avoid fats and sugars. walk or ride a bike to work if possible. eat healthy, excersize, thats the best advice anyone will give you. and good luck!

wow 15lbs in less than 15 days... well I have lost 13 in 2 weeks before, but that was mostly water weight.
