i am sure you know that this is unhealthy. and the fact is.. you may lose a 10 lbs or so really fast, then you'll stall. then you'll get depressed and you'll start eating again and then you'll gain that back and maybe more...this is the cycle of fad diets and starvation dieting. it doesnt work!
also its not good for you. it could cause all sorts of health issues to lose that much weight that fast. plus your skin will be saggy, and there is NO way to tone skin up.
look..to be healthy, lose weight and KEEP IT OFF, you need a healthy eating lifestyle change along with proper exercise. meaning maybe losing 1-2lbs a week. you do this by calculating you basal metabolic rate (the amount of calories you'll need to intake per day to maintain your current weight)..from there subtract 500 calories and that is the target daily calories you need to intake to lose weight.

600 calories a day is an extremely small amount and 5 lbs a week isn't healthy. The problem with losing that much weight so quickly is that you gain it back even quicker. When trying to lose weight you should shoot for 1-2 lbs a week. MAYBE 3. That's about 8 lbs a month. It doesn't sound like a lot but with a good amount of exercise (30 mins of cardio 4-5 times a week) you WILL notice a difference in the way you feel and sooner or later, the way you look. Your body needs time to adjust as you are losing weight so when you lose weight too quickly, there's a very high chance that you will have saggy skin afterwards, which to me is less attractive than being overweight.
Try doing 1200-1500 calories/day
burning about 800 calories/ week (30 mins of cardeo 4-5 times a week)

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup

think about being realistic here
that diet will not last long and the weight will not stay off long.
