I leave for college in 33 days... I am using 3 days as "cheat days," so I can have some sweets once a week. I really want and NEED to be in good physical shape, because 1. I want to look hot! And 2. I need to get really fast again because I'm going to be playing basketball.
I'm not obese or anything... I just have a bit of extra fat I need to get rid of. Is it possible to do this in 30 days time?
