And how do I stay motivated throughout the whole journey?

I leave for college in 33 days... I am using 3 days as "cheat days," so I can have some sweets once a week. I really want and NEED to be in good physical shape, because 1. I want to look hot! And 2. I need to get really fast again because I'm going to be playing basketball.
I'm not obese or anything... I just have a bit of extra fat I need to get rid of. Is it possible to do this in 30 days time?

MIERCOLES:

1º Por la mañana coloque media taza de agua el nº de granos de arroz correspondientes a los kilos que quiera perder.

2º No ponga más granos que los necesarios, porque esos kilos nunca mas los recuperaran.

3º En la noche tomese el agua dejando los granos de arroz para luego volver a llenar la taza (media).

JUEVES:

1º Por la mañana en ayunas beba todo el agua dejando todos los granos de arroz y luego rellene de nuevo media taza.

VIERNES:

1º Por la mañana en ayunas beba todo el agua y esta vez con los granos de arroz.

IMPORTANTE:

1º Conserve la taza tapada durante todo el procedimiento con un platito.

2º Reparta copias de esta dieta conforme a los kilos que desea perder.

3º Comience la dieta en miércoles y no antes de haber repartido todas las copias.

4º Puede repartir la dieta a cualquier persona.

5º No haga régimen, la dieta es infalible.

You shouldnt have any sweets the most pounds you can lose is about 15 to 20lbs so good luck workout at least 45 min a day to 2hr and so on thats a short amount of time to lose weight but you have to do a complete lifestyle change not just an one time thing good luck

30 days is way too short. It takes months if not years to get in great shape. If it were that easy to get in great shape, everyone would be.
