I'd say eat dinner at 6, this gives your body enough time to digest your food so it isn't working too hard before you sleep.

I'd then exercise around 7 or half past 7, as this will allow your stomach to settle and make sure you give yourself an hour after exercise to wind down!

allow about three or more hours of time for your body to digest before going to bed. If you eat anything right before you go to bed, you will build up fats and such that your body does very little work to burn off when you are sleeping. So to answer your question, eating dinner around 7 should suffice.

It's ok to start exercising relatively soon after eating. If you do it after dinner, then I would start exercising at about 8 if your doing cardio. If your doing weights or heavy training, you can begin exercising immediately.

Eat dinner at 6 or 7 pm.

But don't take any caffeine after 3 pm.

After eating, wait at least 30 minutes before exercising. It won't prevent appendicitis, but it will aid your digestion.

the earlier the better.but if you're just concerned how many hours will the food digest after eating, usually it's 2hours.so if you'll sleep at 10pm you can have your meal at 7 or 8pm,so by 10pm the food is already digested, and your body won't be working hard to digest your food while you're already sleeping. you can have your exercise 1-2hrs after eating and it has nothing to do with your appendix.

5 p.m. to 6 p.m. so that you have enough time to digest the food before you go to sleep.

You should wait for an hour after a meal before exercising.

In my own opinion, I never eat after 8.30 pm and go to bed 10-11 on a usual night.

But if your getting into routine, I say you eat 6:30 :)

And as for your other question, I wouldnt know, maybe an hour.
