will two binge days ruin my weight loss plan pleasse help?

I have been on a 1200-1400 cal diet for past two weeks and had a cheat day on my bday friday and it turned into two days:( will this make me gain weight and ruin my weight loss

DAY 1
like yesterday:
B- cup special k and half cup low fat milk
S- 2 cutie tangerines a serving size girl scout cookies and a banana
L- 2 slices toast and tablepoon butter
s- at movies i had a mini packet of dibs ice cream but its like 350cals :(
d- i went to rubys after movie and had half vanilla shake and hamburger and fries

2:
b- cup special k and half cup low fat milk
s- 8 thin mint girl scout cookies (and it is 160cals for 4)
l- chicken ceaser wrap
s- cup straweberries and 10 thin mints
d- 1/4 plate of chicken curry half plate rice and small slice naan bread
s- one small suger cookie and 8 thin mints

Those 2 days arent going to ruin your diet... If you put 2 pounds back on from those days, then burn it off again! if you really want to lose the weight then dont allow yourself binge days, theyre just excuses, and it shows how you really dont want to lose the weight because if you did then you wouldnt binge! stick to your diet and you will lose weight, if you allow yourself treats and off days all youll find is your taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back.

A one day binge isn't bad but 2 days ????/ Drop your diet. You will have worked for nothing. When you binge, to take it easy on the following week and stick to your diet. You control this portion. If you binge, you need to compensate to get back on track.

It sounds too boring to stick to. To lose weight just take smaller portions of what you usually eat. Cut out rubbish like candy and chips. You do not need to follow boring diets to lose weight.

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
