DAY 1
like yesterday:
B- cup special k and half cup low fat milk
S- 2 cutie tangerines a serving size girl scout cookies and a banana
L- 2 slices toast and tablepoon butter
s- at movies i had a mini packet of dibs ice cream but its like 350cals :(
d- i went to rubys after movie and had half vanilla shake and hamburger and fries
2:
b- cup special k and half cup low fat milk
s- 8 thin mint girl scout cookies (and it is 160cals for 4)
l- chicken ceaser wrap
s- cup straweberries and 10 thin mints
d- 1/4 plate of chicken curry half plate rice and small slice naan bread
s- one small suger cookie and 8 thin mints
